A Phoenix consultant sets up a local AI copilot for your operations. You text it instead of juggling apps: it answers leads and keeps your inbox, calendar and sheets in step, on accounts you own. Nothing goes out without your OK.

The job log, from a lead on your website form to tomorrow’s brief. You’re on a job across town, and your yes is the only thing that sends the reply.

A lead comes in. Dana, through your website form: “Can you do 20 units by Friday?”
Dana

It drafts a reply from your price sheet and your calendar, in the way you usually write.

New lead from your website. Dana wants 20 units by Friday. Draft reply:

Next day
Tomorrow’s brief lists Dana’s Thursday pickup, what came in overnight, and what’s waiting on you.
Copilot
You text it on Telegram like a coworker: one thread instead of five apps. It works inside the accounts you already use and remembers the details, so you don’t have to.
Works with Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Sheets today. Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks Online on request.

1
Leads
Replies to new email and website-form leads in minutes, with a draft you approve. It doesn’t answer phone calls or texts.
2
Inbox
Sorts what came in, flags what needs you, drafts replies in your voice.
3
Calendar
Books, moves and RSVPs. “Move Thursday’s walkthrough to 2 p.m.” Done.
4
Docs and sheets
Pulls up last month’s quote, adds today’s jobs to the log, starts a doc from your notes.
5
Morning brief
Today’s calendar, the mail that matters and what’s waiting on you, at the time you pick.
6
Memory
Remembers your clients and how you like things done, so you stop holding it all in your head.
The rules it can’t break. Copilot, not autopilot: you keep your hands on the controls.

Our first client. The build is in progress. The copilot will handle:
We’ll print how it went once it’s done, with their OK. Until then, no numbers.

Hi, I’m Paolo. I set these copilots up myself, here in Phoenix, for businesses that run on real work: shops, crews, clinics, offices, people working alone. Most of them pay for software that doesn’t talk to each other, so the owner becomes the glue: switching apps all day and keeping every detail in their head. That’s the time, money and headspace I go after first.
You won’t get a ticket queue. You get someone you can meet for coffee, a price in writing before anything starts, and a copilot that never sends anything without your OK. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

No. It drafts; you approve. Every outgoing email, invite and shared file needs your yes for that specific item.
No. If you can send a text, you can use it. We do the setup with you on one call and leave plain-English instructions.
Your email, calendar and files stay in your own Google or Microsoft account. On the Cloud setup, the copilot’s messages are processed by Cloudflare’s AI service under your own Cloudflare account; we walk through their terms with you before you sign. On the Private setup, the AI runs on your PC and nothing goes to an AI company. On both, your chat with the copilot passes through Telegram.
It’s free, works on every phone and computer, and your team may know it already. No new app to learn: you text your copilot like a coworker.
Someone who can click “Allow” for your Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365 or QuickBooks), Telegram on your phone, and 1–2 hours for the install call. You never send us a password.
Everything is in your name, so nothing is lost. Your copilot and every automation keep running. Care is upkeep on something you own, not rent.
Four steps. Only the next one waits on you.
