Your local ops copilot

One text thread instead of jumping between your inbox, calendar and spreadsheets. It answers leads, keeps everything in step, and asks before anything leaves the building.

What it does

You text it on Telegram like a coworker: one thread instead of five apps. It works inside the accounts you already use and remembers the details, so you don’t have to.

Works with Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Sheets today. Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks Online on request.

A weathered HVAC technician in a navy work shirt and cap leans against his white pickup and smiles as he types on a red phone. Coiled service hoses hang from the ladder rack. Behind him are a stucco house, an outdoor air-conditioning unit and tall cactus under a deep blue Phoenix sky.

  1. 1

    Leads

Replies to new email and website-form leads in minutes, with a draft you approve. It doesn’t answer phone calls or texts.

  2. 2

    Inbox

Sorts what came in, flags what needs you, drafts replies in your voice.

  3. 3

    Calendar

Books, moves and RSVPs. “Move Thursday’s walkthrough to 2 p.m.” Done.

  4. 4

    Docs & sheets

Pulls up last month’s quote, adds today’s jobs to the log, starts a doc from your notes.

  5. 5

    Morning brief

Today’s calendar, the mail that matters and what’s waiting on you, at the time you pick.

  6. 6

    Memory

Remembers your clients and how you like things done, so you stop holding it all in your head.

The rules it can’t break

Copilot, not autopilot: it does the busywork, you keep your hands on the controls.

  1. 1.Sends nothing (email, invites, shared files) without your yes for that exact item.
  2. 2.Deletes go to the trash, recoverable for 30 days. It can’t erase anything for good.
  3. 3.We never ask for your passwords. You sign in yourself and can cut off access anytime.
  4. 4.One copilot per business, on its own machine. Never shared with another client.
  5. 5.Every account is in your name. Cancel anytime and it all stays yours.

Questions

Will it email my customers on its own?

No. It drafts; you approve. Every outgoing email, invite and shared file needs your yes for that specific item.

Why Telegram?

It’s free, works on every phone and computer, and your team may know it already. No new app to learn: you text your copilot like a coworker.

Where does my data go?

Your email, calendar and files stay in your own Google or Microsoft account. On the Cloud setup, the copilot’s messages are processed by Cloudflare’s AI service under your own Cloudflare account; we walk through their terms with you before you sign. On the Private setup, the AI runs on your PC and nothing goes to an AI company. On both, your chat with the copilot passes through Telegram.

What do you need from me?

Someone who can click “Allow” for your Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365 or QuickBooks), Telegram on your phone, and 1–2 hours for the install call. You never send us a password.

What if I cancel?

Everything is in your name, so nothing is lost. We hand the server over to you or shut it down, your call.
