Why “from” prices?
Because the exact number depends on your workflow. We scope for free, then put one fixed number in writing before any work starts. No hourly meter, no surprises after the fact.
What are the running costs?
On the Cloud setup, the server and the AI service bill you directly, typically $15–60 a month depending on use. We add no markup. On the Private setup there’s no monthly AI bill; it runs on your PC.
What if I don’t have the hardware?
Most clients don’t. The Cloud setup needs nothing new. For the Private setup we can supply a PC that’s set up and ready, quoted separately.
What happens if I cancel Care?
Nothing turns off. You own every automation we build. Care is upkeep, not a hostage.
Do you get access to my data?
Only what you grant during setup, and you can revoke it anytime. Your email, files and calendar stay in your own accounts. We never move your data to our servers.
